ROOT BEER FLOAT?

WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON IN THERE?

You may not realize it, but there's more to the root beer float than just the sweet taste. The tiny bubbles of air present in the soda cause the ice cream to float and are nucleation sites for the formation of large bubbles of carbon dioxide. OK?

Anyway, as great as they are, there's more to the float than just the vanilla ice cream root beer float. Try out these other popular float flavors. How now brown cow?
